Return Information
If you feel the order you received is defective, please contact us at [email protected] or call us at (956) 679-3069 to speak with a customer service representative about the issue. All stock items can be returned for a full refund of the product cost. If a graphics installation is botched or doesn’t go as expected, please let us know and we will work with you to get the issue resolved in a timely manner. In most cases we simply replace the graphics for the customer. Custom orders are not eligible for return.
Order Cancellations
Orders cancelled before we begin production, or after a proof has been sent for review are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. We go to production very quickly, sometimes as quickly as 30 minutes from receiving your order. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled or amended.
